See every driver on the Live map

See where each driver is right now, what they're doing, and which trip they're on, without calling them.

The Live map answers “where is my driver?” at a glance. Each driver shows on the map with what they’re doing, and the list beside it groups them by who’s on a trip, who’s free and who’s offline.

Steps

In the menu on the left, select Live map. The map opens, with the Live fleet list on the right.

At the top of the list, select All, On a trip, Online or Offline. Each shows how many drivers it has. To find one driver, type their name in Search drivers….

Select a driver on the map or in the list. If they’re sharing their location, their card opens on the map with what they’re doing, when their location last came in, their trip or Next pickup, and their vehicle.

For a driver on a trip, the map draws the route, with a green dot at the pickup and a red pin at the drop-off. The other drivers fade until you close the card.

To reach the driver, select Message, or select their phone number to call. Driver profile opens their page.

To see everyone again, select the square button at the bottom right of the map. The plus and minus buttons zoom in and out.

What the map shows

Each driver is their photo in a colored ring, or a small car if they have no photo. A pointer shows which way they’re heading. The color says what they’re doing:

Color What it means
Green Online, with no trip coming up
Blue Has a pickup coming up
Indigo On the way to the pickup
Amber At the pickup, or on a break
Teal Rider on board
Light blue At the drop-off
Red The driver marked the rider late

The driver’s card says the same thing in words, like En route to pickup or On break. A purple pin with a house marks your headquarters.

Good to know

  • The map updates by itself. The badge at the top left says Live and how many drivers are sharing their location.
  • A driver who asked for a call shows a red strip, “Asked for a call”, at the top of their card. Select Done after you call them. See Run your day on the Dispatch board.
  • Want a rider’s family to follow one ride? Open the trip and select Share tracking link.
  • Who can see it: owners, admins, dispatchers, office staff and viewers.
