Your subscription
Manage the plan, payment method, and invoices for your own HealthRide subscription from Settings under Subscription — this is what you pay HealthRide, not what your customers pay you.
Open Settings and choose Subscription to see the HealthRide subscription card. This page covers what your company pays for the HealthRide platform.
This is not your customer billing
The Billing page in the sidebar is where you invoice your customers and payers. The Subscription page is the opposite direction: your own plan and payments to HealthRide.
What the page shows
- Status — whether your subscription is active. A badge at the top shows Active, Trialing, Past due, and so on.
- Vehicle limit — how many vehicles you are using out of how many your plan includes, shown as a pair like
4 / 5. Retired vehicles do not count. - Current period — the date your current billing period ends.
If the numbers look stale — for example, right after you change something — click Refresh.
Change your vehicle limit
Your plan is based on the number of vehicles you run. If you add vehicles to your fleet or retire some, adjust the limit so you are billed correctly.
On the Subscription page, find the Vehicle limit section and click Manage limit.
Increase or reduce the number of vehicles included in your subscription, then confirm.
Payment method, invoices, and cancellation
HealthRide uses Stripe, a widely trusted payments company, to handle subscription payments. Click Manage subscription to open your secure Stripe page. From there you can:
- Update your card or payment method
- View and download past invoices for your subscription
- Update your billing details, such as company name and address
- Cancel your subscription
When you are done in Stripe, come back to HealthRide and click Refresh so the page shows the latest details.
If you see a note saying No Stripe billing customer yet, your company has not completed checkout. This clears up once your subscription is started; if you just subscribed, wait a moment and click Refresh.
What next? See Roles and permissions — the Owner role is the one with full access to billing and company settings.
