Invite your team
Go to Settings > Team, click Invite employee, enter their email, pick a role, and click Send invitation — they get an email invite to the portal.
Every dispatcher and office worker should have their own login. Invites are sent by email from the Team page in Settings.
Send an invitation
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Team in the Business group.
On the Members page, click the Invite employee button at the top right.
In the Invite employee dialog, enter the person's Email.
Pick a Role. This controls what they can see and do — see the list below.
Click Send invitation. They get an email with a link to join your portal.
Until they accept, the invite sits in the Pending invitations card at the bottom of the page. Once they join, they appear in the Team members card, and the Active members count at the top goes up.
What the roles mean
- Owner — full access, including billing and company settings.
- Admin — manages the team, settings, and daily operations.
- Office — manages passengers, trips, and scheduling.
- Dispatcher — assigns and dispatches trips to drivers.
- Billing — handles invoices, claims, and payments.
- Viewer — read-only access to trips and reports.
When in doubt, start people at Viewer and raise their role later. You can change a member's role any time from the Team members card.
You can only hand out roles below your own
The role list in the dialog only shows roles below your own. For example, an Admin can invite a Dispatcher but not another Admin — only an Owner can do that. Owners can hand out any role, including Owner.
The Team page also has a Roles & permissions section where you can review what each role covers.
What next? "Add a driver".
Set up your company
Go to Settings > Company to enter your display name, legal name, timezone, DOT and NPI numbers, phone, and street address, then click Save changes.
Create a trip
Book a trip from the Trips page or the dispatch board by clicking Plan trip, choosing a passenger, setting pickup and dropoff, and clicking Create Trip.
