Every dispatcher and office worker should have their own login. Invites are sent by email from the Team page in Settings.

  </Step>
</Steps>

Until they accept, the invite sits in the **Pending invitations** card at the bottom of the page. Once they join, they appear in the **Team members** card, and the Active members count at the top goes up.

## What the roles mean

- **Owner** — full access, including billing and company settings.
- **Admin** — manages the team, settings, and daily operations.
- **Office** — manages passengers, trips, and scheduling.
- **Dispatcher** — assigns and dispatches trips to drivers.
- **Billing** — handles invoices, claims, and payments.
- **Viewer** — read-only access to trips and reports.

When in doubt, start people at Viewer and raise their role later. You can change a member's role any time from the Team members card.

<Callout type="info" title="You can only hand out roles below your own">
The role list in the dialog only shows roles below your own. For example, an Admin can invite a Dispatcher but not another Admin — only an Owner can do that. Owners can hand out any role, including Owner.
</Callout>

The Team page also has a **Roles & permissions** section where you can review what each role covers.

What next? "Add a driver".
