Download your data

Download your passenger, driver, vehicle, and facility rosters as CSV files from Settings, then Imports & Exports, then Exports.

Your data in HealthRide is yours. You can download your current rosters as CSV files any time — for a payer, a partner, a backup, or a migration file.

Go to Settings, then Imports & Exports, then open the Exports section.

Under CSV downloads, you will see a tile for each record type:

  • Passengers CSV — your passenger roster with contact and mobility fields.
  • Drivers CSV — your driver roster and account-linking identifiers.
  • Vehicles CSV — your vehicle roster with capacity and maintenance status.
  • Facilities CSV — your facility roster with billing contacts.

Click Download CSV on the tile you want. The button shows "Downloading..." for a moment, then the file saves to your computer's downloads folder.

The file is a normal spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. It reflects your data as of the moment you download it, so if you need a fresh copy later, just download it again.

These files contain passenger information

A passenger export includes names and contact details. Only share it with people and organizations that are supposed to have it, and delete old copies you no longer need.
