AI auto-assignEarly access
Your day, planned in one click.
Our AI tests thousands of possible schedules to find the best driver for every trip. Tighter routes, fewer empty miles, and more trips completed with the fleet you already have.

One click
Hours of planning, done in seconds.
Building a schedule by hand means juggling pickup times, vehicle types, and driver locations all at once. The optimizer evaluates thousands of combinations across your whole fleet and returns a balanced plan with tight routes and no trip forgotten.
You approve it
The AI proposes. Your dispatcher decides.
Every plan arrives as a proposal that shows what is new, what moved, and what stayed. Anything the optimizer could not place is listed with a clear reason. Apply the plan or reject it. Nothing changes your schedule without your approval.
Every detail considered
It plans the way your best dispatcher thinks.
Wheelchair, stretcher, and oxygen needs are matched against each vehicle’s equipment. Appointment times are honored. Passenger and driver preferences are respected, and assignments you have locked stay exactly where you put them.
Automation
Choose how much it does on its own.
Start in manual mode, where the optimizer only runs when you click. When you are ready, let it suggest new plans as the day changes: new trips, cancellations, or a driver calling out. Full autopilot is available too, and it only applies changes that pass your safety rules.
The details
What the optimizer considers
Vehicle equipment
Wheelchair, stretcher, and oxygen requirements are strict rules. A trip is left visible and unassigned rather than mismatched.
Real capacity
Escorts and extra riders count toward seats, so every route can actually board.
Appointment times
Arrive-by deadlines are respected, not just pickup windows.
Driver rules
Passenger and driver pairing preferences are always enforced.
Live positions
Routes start from where each driver actually is right now.
Your decisions
Locked assignments are final. The optimizer plans around them.
Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Will the optimizer move trips without asking?
Not unless you tell it to. By default it only runs when a dispatcher clicks the button, and even then the result is a proposal you review before anything changes. Automation is opt-in and governed by your safety rules.
What happens to trips it can’t place?
They come back flagged for review with a clear reason, such as no capable vehicle available or an appointment that cannot be met. One difficult trip never breaks the rest of the plan.
When can I use it?
