Is it really $59 per vehicle?
Yes. Dispatch, Ryder Go, the driver app, live tracking, billing and reports are all included, and the price only changes when your number of vehicles does.
Can I take card payments too?
Yes. Riders and facilities can pay by card through our secure card processor, with pay links and saved cards. Cash, checks, facility invoices, broker payments and insurance payments go in the same list, matched to trips and invoices, so you always know what you are owed.
Can I switch from my current NEMT software without starting over?
Yes. Export your riders, drivers, vans and facilities from your old system and upload the files. HealthRide matches the columns for you, and we help with the move.
