Fleet management
Your fleet, organized and audit-ready.
Every vehicle, every credential, and every expiration date in one place. HealthRide reminds you before anything lapses and keeps unqualified vehicles off the wrong trips.

Vehicles
Every vehicle, fully described.
Each vehicle carries its real capabilities: wheelchair accessible, stretcher capable, oxygen equipped, seat count. Scheduling and dispatch read those capabilities automatically, so a wheelchair trip can only land on a vehicle that can actually take it.
Credentials
Expirations that never sneak up on you.
Licenses, insurance, registrations, and certifications for both drivers and vehicles live in one registry with their expiration dates. HealthRide sends reminders ahead of time, and anything expired is flagged during assignment so it never slips into a schedule unnoticed.
Daily readiness
Inspected and ready before the first pickup.
Drivers check out a vehicle at the start of each shift, complete an inspection checklist, and record the odometer. Dispatch sees the results immediately, including failed inspections, so problems are handled in the lot instead of on the road.

Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
What kinds of credentials can I track?
Any credential with an expiration date, for drivers and vehicles: licenses, vehicle insurance and registration, CPR certifications, training records, and anything else your payers or state require.
How do expiration reminders work?
You set the credential and its expiration date once. HealthRide sends reminders ahead of the deadline and flags the credential in the portal until it is renewed.
What happens if something expires?
The expired credential is flagged during assignment, so dispatchers see the problem before a trip goes out. The AI optimizer also excludes drivers and vehicles with expired required credentials from its plans.
