# Set up your company

> Go to Settings > Company to enter your display name, legal name, timezone, DOT and NPI numbers, phone, and street address, then click Save changes.

Your company profile is the first thing to fill in. It sets your name, timezone, and contact details across the portal.

## Where Settings lives

Click **Settings** at the bottom of the sidebar, in the System group. Settings is organized into three groups on the left:

- **Profile** — Account, Company, and Security
- **Operations** — Driver Schedule, Fleet, AI Assignments, Imports & Exports, and Communication
- **Business** — Pricing, Subscription, Payments, and Team

For this article you only need **Company**, in the Profile group. The Company page has two sections: **Company profile** and **Contact**.

## Fill in your company profile

    Open **Settings**, then click **Company**.

    In the **Company logo** card, click **Change Logo** to upload your logo. It appears inside the portal for you and your team.

    In the **Company identity** card, enter your **Display name** (the everyday name your team sees) and **Legal name** (the name on your paperwork).

  <Step>
    Pick your **Timezone**. Choose the timezone where you run trips.
  </Step>
  <Step>
    Enter your **DOT number** and **NPI number** if you have them. You can leave these blank and add them later.
  </Step>
  <Step>
    In the **Contact & address** card, enter your office **Phone**.

  <Step>
    Under **Street address**, start typing your address and pick the right match from the list. City, State, and ZIP fill in automatically from the address you choose — you don't type them by hand.

    Click **Save changes** at the bottom of the page.

The Save changes button stays grayed out until you change something. Once you edit a field, an "Unsaved changes" note appears next to it — if you leave the page without clicking Save changes, your edits are lost.
